Staff offered excellent assistance during check-in. However, our room smelled stale and had dirty carpet.

I appreciated the lovely staff at the front desk who provided me with excellent assistance upon my arrival, which truly made my stay feel special. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for me to explore nearby attractions and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature.

Some areas seemed in need of maintenance.

Bedding and linens were comfortable and of good quality.

Our experience was marred by the age of the rooms, which needed a fresh coat of paint and updated fixtures. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay, which was disappointing. The location is close to the airport, but the plane noise made it difficult to rest until late at night.

the only thing saving this place is that the staff was friendly, unlike the filthy room with a horrid smell. i expected better considering i requested an upgrade, but no such luck. The restaurant was closed, leaving me to starve at night. they really should've made an exception for me, it would definitly have been the least they could do.

Walked in thinkin’ it’d be a wicked nice place based on the lobby, but the room had a bad smell and the carpet just grossed me out. Staff was friendly, but no breakfast was a bummer. I liked the location, super easy to hit up nearby spots. Just needs some serious TLC, ya know?

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of my room! The easy access to the breakfast area made my mornings super convenient. Plus, the comfy beds ensured I got the rest I needed after a long drive.

The lack of elevator made accessing my 3rd floor room a hassle!!! Hallways desperately needed cleaning and the furniture in the rooms felt outdated!!! Immediate attention is required for general cleanliness and maintenance!!!

I really enjoyed the fresh breakfast options that were served late, which gave me a nice start to my day. My room was sparkling clean and had a brand-new bed that made sleeping a dream. I took advantage of the workout room and relaxing pool during my stay, which really helped me unwind. The only thing worth mentioning was that the room temperature could’ve been adjusted better, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff helped me with restaurant recommendations on my first stay, making it memorable. I definitely recommend staying here for a holiday.
